Rental Agreement
MANDALAY RENTALS / 442-5099 / www.RentalsClearwaterBeach.com
In order to secure your reservation, we must receive your 25% deposit within 72 hours. This is 25% of the rental amount, and is deducted from the total. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
We, The Renters (herein also known as Tenants, Guests), agree to the following:
1) We will notify Mandalay Rentals of any damage to the property immediately upon arrival. 2) We understand that any additional cleaning/repairs that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged or missing items, will be debited to our credit card on file. 3) We will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the unit or property caused by our negligence. 4) We will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property arising out of our negligent acts or omissions (See disclaimer below). 5) We will forfeit the full 25% deposit if cancellation is made less than 30 days from arrival. 6) We will forfeit all monies paid if we do not show up. 7) There are no refunds for early departure or eviction. 8) There are no refunds for weather conditions. 9) All rental monies are due 30 days prior to arrival (unless unit is booked, arriving in less than 30 days, or unless otherwise agreed upon). 10) It is our responsibility to close and lock all doors and windows upon check-out, in order to avoid additional fees. 11) We will not hold the owners responsible for any items left after our check out. 12) Lost keys will incur replacement costs. 13) This is a NON SMOKING unit, and we will be charged by doing so (please smoke outside ONLY). 14) NO PETS allowed. 15) Check in is 3:00 PM and Check out is 10:00 AM. A late check out may be available upon request and is subject to extra rental charges. 16) There is a $20 cash fee for after-hours lockouts.
This property is privately owned and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Tenants are responsible for any accidents, injury, or loss of valuables while staying at all Mandalay Rentals.
Disclaimer:
Tenants and Guests understand that the Homeowners and Mandalay Rentals are NOT responsible for any personal injury on the property and should practice safe swimming in all community pools and in the ocean.
And further that the homeowners are not responsible for any personal injury or loss or damage to tenants’ property caused directly or indirectly from foul, inclement weather conditions, Acts of God or nature, or any unforeseeable circumstances.
Under no circumstances will tenants or their guests hold the owners responsible for any damages or claims of any kind resulting from their stay, except for intentional acts of harm.
This agreement and disclaimer applies to you and all guests within your party.
